Welcome to the Growing Together Federation.

In 2017 our Federation was formed,  made up of three schools, Bowerdean Nursery and Mapledean Nursery

in High Wycombe and Henry Allen Nursery in Amersham.

 The three nurseries retain their individual characteristics and provide unique experiences

to serve their local community and context. The nurseries are led and managed by 4 Co-Headteachers - Zoë Staines, Linda Lyons, Charlie Macdonald and Julie Manning. In partnership with the Governing Body, they are responsible for leading the Federation. 

The benefits of the nursery schools working in a Federation include the sharing of resources and expertise. Staff are able to collaborate closely to share and pilot projects to continually develop and build on the outstanding provision they provide.
